摘　　要：目的:建立测定妇癌灵贴片中有效成分士的宁含量的HPLC方法。方法:流动相A甲醇:B水:冰醋酸:三乙胺(230:2.4:0.3),A:B(22:78);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长:254nm;柱温30℃。结果:士的宁在0.5～1.3μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为98.12%,RSD为0.725%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便可靠,精密度高,分离度好,可作为妇癌灵贴片的质量控制方法。Objective：To optimize High Performance Liquid Chromatography condition for determining Strychnine as an index component.Methods：Mobile phase：A（methanol）：B（water：glacial acetic acid：triethylamine 230：2.4：0.3）;A：B（22：78）;The flow rate：1.0ml/min;Wave length：254nm;the column temperature at 300C.Results：Strychnine was linear in the range of 0.5 ~ 1.3μg,r = 0.9998,average recovery was 98.12%,RSD was 0.725%（n = 6）Conclusion：This method is simple,reliable,high precision and well-separated.This methods is as the Quality Control method of Fuailing Transdermal.Patches.
