摘　　要：目的:研究炎见宁胶囊的生产工艺。方法:以苦玄参苷IA为考察指标,对炎见宁胶囊的提取工艺进行筛选。结果:胶囊剂外观光洁,美观,能够掩盖药物不适的苦味;胶囊剂药物生物利用度高,辅料用量少,甚至不用辅料;而且能有效地防潮、隔光,提高药品的稳定性,保证药效。因而其疗效相对优于普通片剂,克服了普通中药片剂随着储存时间延长崩解时限延长的问题。其处方及药材提取工艺与普通片剂相同,只是因剂型改变对得到的干膏粉进行了不同的处理,对辅料进行了调整。Objective：To study Yanjianning capsule production process。Methods：To bitter Scrophulariaceae Glycosides IA for the indexes,Inflammation of the capsule of the extraction process,see screening。Fruit Capsule look bright and clean,beautiful,Can mask the bitter taste of drugs does not apply to;Capsules of high bioavailability of drugs,supplies,use less,even without accessories;But also effectively separated moisture,light,improving the stability of drugs to ensure the efficacy.Hence its effect is relatively better than the normal tablets,overcome the ordinary Chinese medicine tablet disintegration time with the prolonged storage of the question of extension.Their prescription and herbal medicine extraction process the same as ordinary tablets,but due to formulation change to be carried out dry paste powder with different handling of the accessories has been adjusted.
