摘　　要：高校图书馆作为地方文化传承和发展的重要载体之一,应该为文化研究特别是地域文化研究作出贡献。当前,地域文化资源普遍存在分布零散、收集不全、收藏数量少、类型单一、缺乏系统的文献资源服务体系、缺乏提供现代化的信息服务手段等问题。高校图书馆应充分利用数字图书馆在资源、技术、人才等方面的优势,积极参与地域文化资源数据库建设,对拓展图书馆服务功能、传承和保护地域文化、促进地方经济发展都具有重要意义。As one of the important vectors of the local culture＇s heritage and development,university libarary should make contributions to cultural studies,particularly the study of regional culture.Currently,the major problems of regional culture resource include the scattered distribution,incomplete collection,small amount collection,singularity in type,lack of systematic resources service system,lack of modern means of information services,etc.University libraries should make full use of the advantages of digital library in resources,technology and talents,actively participating in the characteristics database construction of regional culture,which are of great significance in expanding function of library services,heritage and protection of regional culture,and promotion local economic development.
