摘　　要：对高校图书馆馆员的培养首先应当对馆员有充分的了解,在此基础上,依据人才成长的规律,在馆员发展的不同阶段,设计不同的培养方式,以延长人才的成熟期,最大化的做到人尽其才。Librarian developing mode of university library should be based on the full understanding of the librarian,and then,different developing modes which according to the rule of librarian can prolong the maturity of the librarian and maximize their ability in their different stage.
