摘  要:改进了镍-铁合金镀液中硫酸镍分析方法。用双氧水将Fe2+离子氧化成Fe3+离子,用三乙醇胺掩蔽铁,用EDTA测定硫酸镍。在pH=10的条件下用紫脲酸铵作指示剂进行滴定。相对平均偏差为0.12%。方法简单,快速而准确。The analysis methods of nickel sulfate in a Ni-Fe alloy plating bath were improved.The concentration of nickel sulfate was measured by EDTA volumetry.During the determinations,the ferrous ions were oxidized to trivalent iron ions by using hydrogen peroxide,and the trivalent iron ions were masked with triethanolamine.The titration was carried out under a condition of pH = 10 with murexide as an indicator.The relative average deviation of the method is 0.12% .The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
