血脂康对高脂血症患者血脂、血管内皮功能及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察血脂康对高脂血症患者血脂水平、血管内皮功能及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响。方法:110例高脂血症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例,观察组予血脂康胶囊1次0.6g,1天2次,口服,12周;对照组予普伐他汀片1次20mg,1天1次,口服,12周。测定两组治疗前后血甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组TG、TC、LDL-C降低,HDL-C升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后ET降低,NO升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后IMT降低与治疗前比较也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组比较,治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C降低及HDL-C升高均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但ET降低和NO升高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IMT比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血脂康1天1.2g调脂、逆转颈动脉内膜中层厚度的效果与普伐他汀1天20mg相同,但改善血管内皮功能作用强于普伐他汀。Objective：To study the effects of Xuezhikang（XZK）on blood lipid levels,endothelial function and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods：A total of 110 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly allocated to observation group（XZK 1.2g/day 12 week,n=55）and control group（pravachol 20 mg/day 12 week,n=55）.Serum levels of triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）,high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C）,endothelin（ET）,and nitric oxidate（NO）were determined and carotid intima-media thickness（IMT）was measured before and after treatment in both groups.Results：After treatment,TG,TC,and LDL-C were significantly decreased and HDL-C increased in both groups（P0.05）;ET markedly decreased and NO increased in both groups（P0.05）;Carotid IMT significantly decreased in both groups（P0.05）,as compared with those before treatment.Except for the changes of ET and NO（P0.05）,the difference of other parameters did not reach a significant value between the 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：XZK（1.2g/day）can correct the abnormal blood lipids,improve the endothelial function and reverse carotid IMT in patients with hyperlipidemia,with an equivalent effect to pravachol（20 mg/day）in adjusting blood lipids and reversing carotid IMT,but a stronger effect in improving endothelial function.
