实脾固肾化瘀方治疗慢性肾炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察实脾固肾化瘀方治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法 60例慢性肾炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组32例采用实脾固肾化瘀方治疗,对照组28例给予蒙诺口服,疗程3个月。观察两组治疗前后证候积分、24h尿蛋白定量和肾功能变化。结果治疗后,治疗组部分证候积分明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组24h尿蛋白定量明显降低(P<0.05);两组肾功能变化无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实脾固肾化瘀方治疗慢性肾炎有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shipi Gushen Huayu Decoction＂ in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group in which 32 cases were treated with ＂Shipi Gushen Huayu Decoction＂ and control group in which 28 cases were treated with Monroe,with a course of 3 months.The symptom scores,24h urinary protein and renal function were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,some symptom scores were reduced in the treatment group（P0.01）,with more significant reduction in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）;the 24h urinary protein was diminished in the treatment group（P0.01）;while the renal function was improved little in both groups（P0.05）;the clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Shipi Gushen Huayu Decoction＂ is effective for chronic glomerulonephritis.
