四味痔血汤治疗内痔出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察四味痔血汤治疗内痔出血的疗效。方法将113例内痔出血患者随机分为2组;治疗组57例口服四味痔血汤,对照组56例口服外十方,疗程均为7天。观察两组临床疗效和便血、痔核充血等情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.23%,对照组为92.85%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组便血、痔核充血等症状积分明显降低(P<0.01),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四味痔血汤治疗内痔出血疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Siwei Zhixue Decoction＂ in the treatment of internal hemorrhoidial hemorrhage.Methods A total of 113 cases were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 57 cases were treated with ＂Siwei Zhixue Decoction＂ and control group in which 56 cases were treated with ＂Waishi Decoction＂,with a course of 7 days.The clinical effects,fecal hemarrhage and hemorrhoid congestion were observed.Results The total effective rate was 91.23% in the treatment group and 92.85% in the control group,with no difference between them（P0.05）;after treatment,the scores of fecal hemarrhage and hemorrhoid congestion were reduced in both groups（P0.01）,with no difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Siwei Zhixue Decoction＂ is quite effective for internal hemorrhoidial hemorrhage.
