摘 要:火力发电机组冷端系统的工作性能直接影响到整个机组的热经济性和安全性。针对沙角A电厂4号机组冷端系统,研究得出了不同负荷和循环水温度下循环水泵的最优运行方式。通过变工况计算,得出了机组不同运行工况下凝汽器运行端差、循环水温升和排汽温度的运行标准值。对该机组冷端系统的经济性诊断表明,机组凝汽器冬、春季端差偏高是由于真空泵连接管路有蒸汽凝结使阻力增加所致,因此应加强监测,及时排水,从而提高机组的运行经济性。The performance of cold end system for thermal power unit directly affects the thermal economic efficiency and safety of the whole unit.Directing against the cold end system of unit no.4 in Shajiao A Power Plant,the optimal operation mode of circulating water pumps under different loads and different temperature of circulating water has been studied and obtained.Through caculation under variation of operating conditions,the terminal temperature difference of condenser,the temperature rise of circulating water,and standard value of exhausted steam temperature under different operating conditions of unit have found.The economic efficiency diagnosis at cold end system of said unit shows that the terminal temperature difference of condenser for this unit in winter and spring season was somewhat higher,this is due to steam condensation in pipeline connecting to the vacuum pump,there fore,the monitoring should be strengthened,and the condensate thereof has to be timely discharged,so as to enhance th economic efficiency in operation of unit.
