摘  要:分析给水泵汽轮机排汽排入主凝汽器对汽轮机真空的影响,提出在凝结水泵与轴封加热器间加装小型凝汽器来回收部分给水泵汽轮机的排汽热量的改造设想。以600 MW机组为例,计算改造后机组效率的变化。计算结果表明,改造后主凝汽器蒸汽负荷减少,机组做功及效率提高,能有效地降低标准煤耗率,经济效益显著。The influence of exhausting steam from the steam turbine of feed-water pump into the main condensor upon the vacuum in main steam turbine has been analysed,and a proposal of installing a small condenser between the condensate pump and the shaft sealing heater to recover some heat of the exhaust steam from the steam turbine of feed-water pump being suggested.Taking 600 MW unit as an example,the change of economic efficiency after retrofitting has been calculated.Results of calculation show that the said retrofit can effectively reduce the standard coal consumption rate,having remarkable economic benefit.
