摘　　要：为了解决杠杆式气加压摇架存在锁紧定位不稳定、安装调试繁琐,摇架压力不稳定并提高三线平行度等问题,以QYJ30系列摇架为例,对杠杆式气加压摇架在锁紧定位机构、调压机构、三线平行度保证机构、气囊、支杆轴等方面的技术创新进行了详细的论述,通过与老式摇架结构进行对比分析,指出改进后的杠杆式气加压摇架具有安装简单、调试方便、加压稳定、平行度稳定可靠的优点,能适应自动落纱自动清洁并提高成纱质量。In order to solve the problems such as the poor lock and difficult access to the installation and instability of the lever-type phneumatic cradle as well as upgrading the parallel degree of the three lines.Sampling the cradles series QYJ30,details description is done to the tech-innovation regarding the lock mechanism,pressure adjustment mechanism,mechanism for the parallel degree insureness,air bag,supporting shaft of the pried phneumatic cradle.Comparative analysis with the conventional cradle proves that the lever-type phneumatic cradle is of easy installation,easy adjustment,stable pressurizing,reliable and stable parallel degree,thus applicable for auto-winding and auto-cleaning for better yarn quality.
