特种抗绕表面不处理胶辊的探讨分析

摘　　要：为了减少纤维缠绕胶辊,提高生产效率及棉纱质量,初步探讨了表面不处理胶辊的抗缠绕机理,重点对胶辊产生静电的预防,胶辊表面状态及纺纱过程中胶辊抗绕性能及其影响进行了分析。指出:胶辊绕花是因静电产生,只有胶辊表面状态良好、胶辊胶料配方合理,正确对橡胶进行处理,保证胶辊在纺纱过程中具有良好的结构状态及纺纱时合理的温湿度条件,才能使表面不处理胶辊抗缠绕性能得到充分有效的发挥。In order to avoid the entangling of the cot with fiber for better production rate and cotton yarn quality,tentative approach is done into the work-how of the anti-entangling of the cot with fiber.Highlight analysis is given to the precaution against static of the cot,the surface condition of the cot an the anti-entangling performance of the cot in process of spinning.Entangling of cot with fiber result from static.It proves that the anti-entangling performance of the cot can be maximized through good surface condition,good prescription of the rubber material,proper treatment of the rubber material for good working condition of the cot in spinning process with good humiture.
