摘　　要：绿色壁垒是一柄双刃剑,正当的绿色壁垒反映了各国对环境问题的重视,同时也成为贸易保护的一种新手段。绿色壁垒已经成为我国农产品出口的最大障碍,要突破绿色壁垒,必须树立绿色观念,发展绿色生态农业,提高农业经济实体的生产组织化程度,建立与国际接轨的农产品质量管理和认证体系及完善农产品出口信息体系。The green barrier is a double-edged sword.The green barrier has reflected that every country is seriously caring about environment.At the same time, the green barrier has already become one kind of new means of trade protects.The green barrier has already become the biggest obstacle of our country＇s agricultural exports.To break through the green barrier, we should set up green concept, develop green environmental-friendly agriculture, improve the agriculture economic entity, and build agricultural product quality control and attestation in conformity with the international practice system and perfects agricultural exports information system.
