冀西北沙区沙产业综合开发的对策

摘　　要：文章以冀西北沙区为例,阐述了冀西北沙区发展沙产业的重要性,通过分析其发展沙产业的具体情况,探讨出其今后沙产业发展的重点途径应该是大力发展柠条、沙柳、沙棘、沙蒿等饲料、燃料种植业,大力发展甘草、麻黄、枸杞中药材种植业,巩固发展舍饲畜牧养殖业,开发散养家禽养殖业,积极发展植物、动物精深加工业,适度发展文化生态旅游业,并提出了尽快制定沙产业发展中长期专项规划,创新政策机制,发展龙头企业,搞好科技创新和模式推广,投入较大规模的资金,积极推行现有林权制度改革等沙产业开发的对策。This paper raised the necessity and importance of developing deserticulture in the sandalnd of Northwest Hebei Province.Through analysing the specific condition of deserticulture, the important channels to develop deserticulture in the future are made an inquired into：to develop planting industry of korshinsk peashrub, salix psammophila, seabuckthorn fruit, radix glycyrrhizae, ephedra and so on; to consolidate confined pastoral breeding industry; to develop scatter-feed poultry breeding industry, to deepen processing industry of plants and animal actively and to develop culture and ecological tourist industry moderately.At the same time, some measures of developing deserticulture is put forward：to work out an long-term special program on deserticulture development as soon as possible; to create policy mechanism; to develop top enterprise; to construct the pattern and innovation of science and technology; to put in the capital of greater scale; to carry out existing forest right system reform etc.
