超薄水泥混凝土在旧沥青路面养护中的应用

摘　　要：针对绍兴新昌地区省道38线新昌段的一段旧沥青路面,通过相应的力学计算,设计确定了超薄水泥混凝土罩面的合理板块尺寸;根据国内外经验和当地的施工条件,选择了满足试验段要求的UTW原材料和混凝土配合比;通过合理的质量控制和施工方法,顺利完成了试验路的超薄水泥混凝土罩面施工,取得了UTW在旧沥青路面罩面养护中的应用经验。Based on a section of inservice asphalt pavement of Xinchang Section at provincial line 38 in Shaoxing, through mechanics calculation, the reasonable size of ultra-thin concrete plate overlay is designed. According to some domestic and foreign experience and local construction conditions, the raw materials and mixing propor tion of UTVV that meet the requirement of trial road are determined. Because of the reasonable control in quality and construction, the ultra-thin whitetopping trial road is successfully completed, and the experience in applica tion of UTVV in maintenance of asphalt pavement is gained.
