摘　　要：通过对同步碎石封层机的施工过程进行分析,指出为了使沥青洒布和碎石撒布质量符合要求,在施工中要严格控制车辆行进速度,并选择合适的喷嘴;重点对影响洒(撒)布质量和施工效果的因素进行分析,提出了实现最佳的洒(撒)布质量的操作方法。Through the study of construction process of synchronous chip sealing machine, it is pointed out that in order to make sure the asphalt spraying and crushed stone spreading meet the quality requirements, the traveling speed must be strictly controlled, and an appropriate nozzle is also required. Factors that affect the effects of asphalt spraying and crushed stone spreading are especially analyzed, and operation approach which is able to achieve the optimum distribution effect is put forward.
