摘 要:为改良及玉米育种研究中利用Tuxpeno和Suwan种质提供理论参考,以16份玉米瑞德-Tuxpeno和兰卡斯特-Suwan种质改良系为材料,对其7个农艺性状进行统计分析,结合本课题组试验数据对Tuxpeno和Suwan种质改良系进行分析评价,结果显示:瑞德-Tuxpeno和兰卡斯特-Suwan种质改良后选育自交系之间农艺性状差异均达显著水平,遗传变异丰富,株高、穗位高和单穗重等性状变异系数分别达到4.00、7.70和14.00;4.00、4.30和22.20。改良系与未改良系比较,农艺性状发生了较大变化,Tuxpeno和Suwan种质改良效果明显。Seven agronomic traits of 16 improved maize inbred lines with Reid-Tuxpeno or Lancaster- Suwan germplasm were statistically analyzed and these improved maize inbred lines with Tuxpeno and Suwan germplasm were evaluated according to the experimental data of our research team to provide a reference for utilization of Tuxpeno and Suwan germplasm in maize improvement and breeding. The results showed that there was very significant difference in agronomic traits between the improved inbred lines with Reid-Tuxpeno germplasm and improved inbred lines with Lancaster-Suwan germplasm, and the variation coefficients of plant height, ear height and single ear weight of the improved inbred lines with Reid-Tuxpeno and improved inbred lines with Lancaster-Suwan germplasm reached 4.00, 7.70 and 14.00,and 4. 00, 4. 30 and 22. 20 respectively. There was great variation in agronomic traits between the improved lines and unimproved lines. The effect of the improved maize germplasm with Tuxpeno and Suwan germplasm is obvious.
