国内外不同卷烟总挥发酸和总挥发碱的差异性分析

摘　　要：为了探索国内外卷烟中总挥发酸、总挥发碱含量的差异,采用流动分析法测定了国内外112个卷烟样品中总挥发酸、总挥发碱含量,并对检测结果进行了统计分析。结果表明:国内和国外卷烟总挥发酸、总挥发碱含量均存在变异;国内烤烟型卷烟总挥发酸与国内混合型、国外烤烟型卷烟差异显著,国外烤烟型和混合型卷烟总挥发碱之间无显著性差异;国内不同价位卷烟间总挥发酸、总挥发碱含量变化不大。The total volatile acid and alkaloid content of 112 cigarette samples were detected by the flow analysis method and statistically analyzed to probe difference in total volatile acid and alkaloid content of cigarettes at home and abroad.The results showed that there was difference in total volatile acid and alkaloid content of cigarettes at home and abroad.Total volatile acid content in domestic flue-cured type cigarette was significantly different with that in domestic mixed and foreign flue-cured type cigarette,there was no significant difference in total volatile alkaloid content between foreign flue-cured and mixed cigarettes,and there was no obvious difference in total volatile acid and alkaloid content among domestic cigarettes with different prices.
