摘  要:相关地域市场可能是国内某个或某些地区,也可能是一个国家或若干国家组成的经济区域甚至全球。差异性产品生产市场的出现使潜在竞争原则的影响也越来越大,在界定地域市场时,要更重视供给替代性分析和时间因素,虽然后者无法成为与产品市场、地域市场等量齐观的要素,但随着经济全球化的发展,需进一步发展供给替代性方法,更充分地考虑潜在竞争因素。A relevant geographic market may refer to a certain area or some areas within a country.It can also refer to one economic area comprised of certain states or some states,or even the whole world.Along with the occurrence of product differentiations,the influence of potential competition principle has increased.Hence more considerations should be given to substitute supplies and time factors in defining geographic market.Though the latter may not share the same factors with product market and geographic market,more approaches for substitute supply methods should be sought and more considerations should be given to potential competition in order to better adapt to the rapid development economic globalization today.
