简易仿真排粪造影剂的研制与应用研究

摘　　要：目的研制简易仿真排粪造影剂,为开展仿真排粪造影的部门提供简便实用的方案。方法钡液法造影剂的配方用750g/L硫酸钡悬液。简易仿真排粪造影剂配方为硫酸钡干混悬剂及医用超声耦合剂的混合物。对23例便秘患者进行钡液法排粪造影与仿真排粪造影检查并作自身对比。结果力排相排空时间仿真排粪造影显著大于钡液法排粪造影。使用简易仿真排粪造影剂的直肠容积约为钡液的两倍。仿真排粪造影检查病变检出率和病变的严重程度均高于钡液法排粪造影。简易仿真排粪造影剂的性状与正常人粪便相似。结论简易仿真排粪造影剂调配简便,更接近排粪的生理状态,诊断结果更为准确。Objective To manufacture simple simulation defecography agent,then to provide simple and practical solution for carrying out simulation defecography.Methods Liquid barium contrast agent was 750g /L barium sulfate.Simple simulation defecography agent was barium sulfate and medical ultrasound coupling agent mixture.Liquid barium defecography and simulation defecography was performed in 23 constipated patients and then subject contrast was employed.Results Simulation defecography defecating time was significantly longer than liquid barium defecography defecating time.The rectal volume of using simple simulation defecography agent was 2 times as large as that of using liquid barium.Disease discovered rate and the pathological serious degree discovered with imulation defecography were higher than that with liquid barium defecography.Simple simulation defecography agent traits was similar to faeces.Conclusion Simple simulation defecography agent is manufactured easily,closer to the physiological state of defecation,with more accurate diagnosis.
