摘 要:目的:观察中药天年饮对衰老大鼠肾功能的保护作用。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为4组,正常组、衰老模型组、天年饮用药组和阴性对照组,每组10只。D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射(200mg/kg/d,连续40d)制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型,并给予天年饮灌胃(30d)。分别采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸法检测大鼠血清SOD活性和MDA含量,谷氨酸脱氢酶两点法检测大鼠血清尿素氮含量、酶法检测血清肌酐含量。结果:天年饮可明显提高衰老大鼠血清SOD活性、降低MDA含量,天年饮用药组与衰老模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);天年饮可明显降低衰老大鼠血清尿素氮及肌酐含量,天年饮用药组与衰老模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:天年饮可提高衰老机体的抗氧化能力,保护肾功能,具有一定延缓衰老的作用。Objective:To observe the protective effects of traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin on renal function of ageing rats.Methods:40 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and each group had 10 rats:normal gorup,ageing model group,Tiannianyin group and negative control group.The subacutely aging model rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually(200mg/kg/d,40d) and Tiannianyin was lavaged(30d).The SOD activity and content of MDA,urea nitrogen and creatinine in serum of rats were respectively detected.Results:Tiannianyin could increase SOD activity and decrease MDA content in serum of ageing model rats obviously;there had obvious differences between Tiannianyin group and ageing model group(P0.05,P0.01).Tiannianyin could decrease urea nitrogen and creatinine content in serum of ageing model rats significantly;there had significant differences between Tiannianyin group and ageing model group(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusions:Tiannnianyin can increase the anti-oxidative activity and protect renal function,so has fairly anti-aging effects.
