RP-HPLC测定赤雹果中齐墩果酸含量

摘　　要：目的:建立赤雹果中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法:选用KromasilC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为V(甲醇):V(5%磷酸水溶液)=95:5,流速为1ml/min,检测波长215nm。结果:在1.015-20.296μg范围内齐墩果酸含量具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.84%。结论:RP-HPLC是一种简便、快速、准确度好的测定赤雹果中齐墩果酸含量的方法。Objective：To establish an assay method to determine the content of oleanolic acid in fruit of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge.Methods：Oleanolic acid was separated and analyzed by Kromasil C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,mobile phase was methanol：5% phosphoric acid aqueous solution=95：5 at rate of 1ml/min,and detection wavelength was 215nm.Results：Oleanolic acid had good linearity at range of 1.015-20.296μg（r=0.9998） and the average recovery was 99.3%,RSD was 1.84%.Conclusions：RP-HPLC is a kind of convenient,rapid and accurate method to determine the content of oleanolic acid in fruit of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge.
