摘　　要：十六届三中全会提出科学发展观。追溯反思此前改革开放24年来发展历程,通过大量数据分析粗放型发展模式下取得的经验与教训。阐述科学发展观提出的依据以及贯彻落实科学发展观的理性抉择演进进程。这个进程将不断走向深入。the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteen Central Committee proposes the science development. This article traces and reconsiders the developing course since reform and open for 24 years, through the mass data collection and the reorganization, the experience and the lesson which under the analysis extension development pattern obtains. And elaborated the foundation and rational choice evolution advancement of science development view, the course unceasingly will move towards deeply.
