摘　　要：随着网络技术和智能诊断技术的发展,将虚拟仪器技术和网络相结合,构建网络化的测试系统成为了测试领域重要的发展方向之一。文章详细给出了远程频谱测控系统的设计与实现,主要包括视图设计、接口设计、数据处理和对整个频谱测控系统的测试结果分析。实验证明该测试系统达到了通过Internet远程测控频谱分析仪的目的。With the development of networks and intelligent diagnosis,it is one of the important developing directions in testing field to set up testing system on networks by combining virtual instrument technology and networks.This paper presents the design and realization of remote testing spectrum analyzer system in detail,which mainly includes the design of view and interface,dealing with datas,and the analysis of the testing result on the whole system.Practice has proved that the testing system achieved the aim of remote testing Spectrum Analyzer by Internet.
