摘 要:采用电化学聚合方法制备了聚对氨基苯磺酸(ABSA)/刚果红(CR)修饰玻碳电极,并通过电化学方法研究了多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。在pH4.0的0.1 mol/L NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对多巴胺的氧化具有明显的催化活性。多巴胺的浓度在1×10-7~2.5×10-4mol/L范围内,其电化学响应信号与多巴胺浓度呈线性关系,检测限达6.9×10-8mol/L(3倍噪音法)。用同样方法制作电极对DA平行测定七次,RSD为6.7%,说明聚ABSA-CR/GCE电极有良好的重现性。该方法可用于盐酸多巴胺注射液实际样品的检测。聚ABSA/CR复合膜修饰电极的制备及应用还未见文献报道。A poly-ABSA/CR composite-modified electrode was fabricated by electropolymerizing aminobenzene sulphonic acid(ABSA) and congo red(CR) on the surface of glassy carbon electrode.The electrochemical behavior of dopamine(DA) on the modified electrode was studied.At 0.1 mol/L NaAc-HAc buffer solution(pH 4.0),the modified electrode had effective catalytic activity to the electrochemical oxidation of dopamine.The concentration of dopamine in the range of 1×10^-7 ~2.5×10^-4mol/L had a good linear relationship between electrochemical response signals and dopamine concentration,with a detection limit of 6.9×10^-8mol/L(S/N=3).This modified electrode can be used for quantitative determination of the DA in real samples,relative standard deviation(RSD) of seven times was not more than 6.7%,the recovery rate was 90.0%~114.1%,and the result was satisfied.
