摘　　要：采用亲水作用高效液相色谱法(HILIC)测定长春瑞滨含量。对方法的精密度、最低检出限度、重复性、稳定性进行了系统研究。本方法能够解决以十八烷基硅胶键合为填充剂的色谱柱峰型拖尾的问题,方法快速,准确,灵敏度高。Determination of hydrophilic interaction high performance liquid chromatography（HILIC） content with vinorelbine was discussed.The method in the precision,the detection limit,reproducibility,and stability of the system were studied.This method can solve to 18 alkyl bonded silica as filler in the column peak tailing problem,and it was rapid,accurate and sensitive.
