摘　　要：裂解炉是醋酐生产工艺过程中的关键设备,同时也是属于化工危险设备,因而对其控制的要求很高。本文结合一个醋酐工厂的实际应用经验,介绍了醋酸裂解炉的生产工艺流程,裂解炉的组成和基本结构,控制的方案的分析,然后介绍整个系统的硬件组成,网络结构,以及软件组态等。最后结合开车的情况对系统的应用效果进行了总结,并提出了进一步改进的思路。The cracking furnace was the key equipment of the anhydride acetic acid plant,and also the dangerous equipment.So the control requirement was very high.Through the application of the anhydride acetic acid plant,the process of the anhydride acetic,the integration and structure of the furnace,and the control principle were introduced.The integration of the system,the network structure and software configuration were also presented.At last,a summary of it according to the application and some advice on how to improve it were propased.
