摘  要:节能降耗、减排低碳是我们的基本国策。就硫酸生产而言,介绍了博丰250kt/a硫磺制酸装置新增完全国产化的低温热回收系统(DWRHS)的工艺流程、主要设备及设计特点,对设计过程中考虑的关键问题进行了分析和总结,该系统自投产以来,运行平稳、生产正常,回收率达到国际先进水平,各项指标达到设计要求。认为该国产化技术对我国大中型硫酸生产企业回收利用低温余热有很好的示范意义和推广价值。Energy conservation,consumption reduction,emission reduction and low carbon is the basic national policy of China.With regard to sulfuric acid production,the process flow,main equipment and design features of the new Chinese low temperature heat recovery system(DWRHS) of the 250 kt/a sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant of Bofeng are described,and key issues considered in the design are summarized and analyzed.Since the system is put into operation,it has been operating in a balanced way,the production is normal,and the recovery rate has reached advanced international level,and various figures have reached the design requirements.This Chinese technology is considered to have excellent demonstrative and promotional significance for recovery and utilization of low temperature waste heat by large and medium sized sulfuric acid producers in China.
