摘　　要：结合陕西华山化工集团有限公司复肥厂的生产实际,介绍了磷酸二铵(DAP)的造粒(成粒)机理,从造粒工序的原料、工艺和设备三方面分析了影响DAP造粒的各因素,从料浆中和度、含水量、黏度,造粒工序的返料比、母料粒度分布、喷浆量和通氨量,以及造粒机内的料浆分布器、氨分布器和橡胶衬板等方面探讨了对成粒的影响,并阐述了所采取的控制手段和技改措施。认为要善于积累和总结生产经验,培养高素质的造粒操作人员是至关重要的。With reference to the actual production practice by the Compound Fertilizer Plant of Shanxi Huashan Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.,the mechanism for granulation(pelletizing) of DAP is outlined,and various factors influencing DAP granulation are analyzed in three aspects of the granulation process:raw material,process and equipment.Influence on the granulation are discussed in terms of slurry neutralization degree,water content,viscosity,material return ratio in the granulation section,mother material particle size distribution,slurry spray quantity and ammonia quantity,as well as slurry distributor,ammonia distributor and rubber lining inside the granulator,etc.The control methods and technical revamp measures are also outlined.It is crucial to amass and summarize the production experiences and train high quality granulating operators.
