摘　　要：综述了贵州麻疯树良种基地建设过程的相关进展,报道了贵州麻疯树的主要生长结实特性,重点对种质资源收集、优树选择、种源试验、优树子代测定、无性系初步选择等研究现状和良种基地建设中的采穗圃、母树林、种子园营建以及育种策略制定等常规育种内容进行了探讨,展望了麻疯树良种生产和原料林基地建设的发展趋势。This paper first presented the progress of the study of Jatropha curcas L. in Guizhou, on the aspects of growth and fruiting characteristics, germplasm resources collection; plus - tree selection, provenance testing, plus tree progeny test, and clone selection etc. , then introduced the practices of the improved variety base construction on the aspects of cutting orchard, seed orchard, seed production stand, as well as the breeding strategies. At last, it discussed the development trends of the improved varieties production and the raw material forestry base construction.
