摘　　要：为了减小异步电动机启动过程中对电网的冲击,消除传统降压启动设备对异步电动机的冲击,改善异步电动机的启动特性,提出一种以AVR8535单片机为核心高性能的异步电动机软启动器。利用单片机控制集成脉冲触发器TC787的移相电压来产生6路脉冲触发晶闸管,实现电机的软启动。在电机启动与运行过程中利用单片机对电机缺相、欠电压、过电压、过载故障进行检测,保护电机。通过实验测试,可实现对电阻及电机的保护功能。In order to mitigate the impact on electric network caused by asynchronous motor starting,eliminate the impact on asynchronous motor resulted from equipment using traditional reduced-voltage starting method and improve the start characteristics of asynchronous motor,a high performance soft starter with AT90S8535 was developed in this study.The soft start of a motor is achieved by triggering SCR with six pulses,which are caused by controlling integrated pulse trigger TC787 with MCU.The open-phase,under-voltage,over-voltage,overload break are detected by MCU in the process of starting and running,and the motor is protected.Experimental test demonstrates that on the resistance and the motor protection can be achieved.
