摘 要:步进电机逆向运动机构已经实现了解除保险的安全系统恢复隔爆状态,针对其成本、体积等制约,提出了一种控制引信恢复安全状态的途径,基于滑块继续运动的安全状态可恢复隔爆机构。该机构利用滑块继续运动来实现弹药在攻击出现异常的情况下使引信由待发状态恢复至安全状态,其实现方案分为低厚度方案和小直径方案。理论分析表明:两种实现方案具有体积小、成本低和结构简单的优点,可分别用于轴向尺寸紧张和径向尺寸紧张的场合,在一定条件下可行,具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。The reversing stepmotor mechanism has realized to control the fuzes to change the armed state to safety state,but there are still some shortages on the cost,volume etc.This paper proposed an alternative way to restore the security state.The safety state restoration of interrupter mechanism was based on slider's kept moving.The program was divided into a low thickness scheme and a small diameter scheme.The mechanism was of small volume,low cost and simple mechanism,which could be used not only for the stressing axial dimension,but also for the occasion of stressing radial dimension.This program are viable under some certain conditions,and has some reference value and practical significance.
