摘  要:目的评估异丙酚或七氟醚诱导对小儿Q-T间期的影响。方法 30例行择期手术小儿患者ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,年龄2~7岁,术前心电图无异常,随机分为两组,S组(七氟醚组15例),P组(异丙酚组15例)。分别于麻醉前、诱导后1min、5min、10min行12导联心电图检查,测定Q-T间期,通过Bazett公式计算Q-TC。结果诱导后七氟醚组Q-T间期和Q-TC显著延长(P<0.05);异丙酚组Q-T间期有降低趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七氟醚使小儿Q-T间期延长,异丙酚对小儿Q-T间期无明显影响。Objective To observe the effect of sevoflurane or propofol on Q-TC interval during induction in children.Methods 30 children with normal electrocardiogram(ECG) were randomly devided into 2 groups:group S(n=15),induced by 8% sevoflurane;group P(n=15),induced by propofol 2.5mg/kg.Q-T interval was measured before induction and 1,5,10min after induction,Q-TC interval corrected by HR calculated according to Bazett′s formula:QTc=QT/vR-R.Results There was significant difference between the two groups in Q-T interval and Q-Tc interval 1,5,10min(P0.05) after induction.For group S,there was significant change in Q-T interval and Q-TC interval.Conclusion Propolfol has no effect on Q-T interval in chiildren;but sevoflurane prolong the rate-corrected Q-T intervalation.
