氯霉素地塞米松滴眼液对家兔肝肾及骨髓组织的影响

摘　　要：目的观察氯霉素地塞米松滴眼液（氯地滴眼液），对家兔肝、肾及骨髓组织的影响。方法采用光镜、电镜、血清学及骨髓象检查方法，研究滴用氯地滴眼液后家兔肝肾及骨髓组织的改变。结果应用氯地滴眼液半月后，家兔肝脏即发生肿大，肝肾功能异常，骨髓组织呈现中毒反应，并随用药时间延长而反应加重。氯地滴眼液与氯霉素滴眼液对家兔的毒性反应相同。结论有必要对氯霉素的毒性反应进行深入研究。ObjectiveTo observe the effects of the rabbits’liver,kidney,and marrow with chloromycine and dexamethasone eyedrops.MethodsLight and electron microscopes,serum and marrow examinations were used to study the reactions of the liver,kidney,serum and marrow of the rabbits with chloromycine and dexamethasone eyedrops.ResultsThe results showed that after half a month of using the eyedrops,the rabbits’ liver were swelling,along with the abnormal functions and pathology changes of the liver and kidney,as well as toxicity in marrow of the rabbits.All the reactions were more serious as time prolonged.Chloromycine and dexamethasone’s toxicity are the same as one of the chloromycine eyedrop to the rabbits’ liver,kidney,serum and marrow.ConclusionIt is concluded that it is necessary to pay more attention to and continue to study the toxicity reactions of the chloromycine.
