变应性鼻炎患者的心理因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究变应性鼻炎患者的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法对97例变应性鼻炎患者采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,并调查分析与患者心理健康状况有关的某些因素。结果躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑5个因子分与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),变应性鼻炎患者中情绪的稳定性和心理健康的关系较大,年龄与躯体症状关系较大,文化程度与各症状因子的关系居中,性别、婚姻、家庭经济状况与心理健康的关系较小。结论变应性鼻炎患者具有较广泛的心理健康问题,影响其心理健康状态的主要因素为情绪的稳定性、年龄和文化程度。Objective To investigate the psychological health status and their contributing factors in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods Questionnaire investigation was performed in 97 patients with allergic rhinitis using the symptom scale（SCL-90） ,and the factors related to the psychological health status were investigated and analyzed. Results There was statistical significance among the scores of 5 factors,including somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationship,depression and anxiety（P0.05） compared with the Chinese norm.There was a higher correlation between emotional stability and psychological health,and between the age and somatization symptoms.The degree of education was moderately correlated to each of the symptom factors.There was a weak correlation among gender,marriage,familial economic status and psychological health.Conclusion There was a wide range of psychological disorders in patients with allergic rhinitis.Emotional stability,age and degree of education were predominant factors influencing mental health of these patients.
