摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展,中小企业在我国国民经济持续、健康发展中的作用越来越重要,中小企业是经济发展和社会稳定的重要支柱。然而中小企业的融资问题成为制约其发展的瓶颈,尤其是间接融资问题日益突显。通过分析目前我国中小企业间接融资现状和存在的问题,提出了缓解中小企业融资难的对策。As the development of the socialist market economy,the small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy.They are the important pillar of economic development and social stability.But financing problems restrict the development of SMES,especially the problem of indirect financing.This article analyzeds the current situation and the problem of SMEs＇s indirect financing.And some solutions are put forward to alleviate the financing problem.
