摘　　要：结合目前土地利用现状,叙述了城镇化带来的土地利用优势,总结了小城镇建设中土地利用存在的问题,并探讨了土地利用对策,以期为城镇体系规划奠定扎实的基础。By combining with the land utility stage,the paper indicates the land utility advantages brought by the urbanization,sums up the problems in the land utility in the small town construction,and explores the land utility strategies,so as to lay the steady basement for the town system planning.
