摘　　要：针对多层砌体房屋裂缝,从环境温度,地基不均匀沉降,施工三种影响因素入手分析了裂缝形成的原因和表现形式,并分别提出相应的预防措施,以期尽量减少砖砌体房屋的裂缝。Aiming at the cracks on the multi-layer masonry house,the paper analyzes the reasons and manifestation of the cracks from the environment temperature,uneven settlement of foundation and the construction,and points out respective measures,so as to reduce the cracks on the brick-masonry houses.
