土木工程学科研究生创新素质教育途径探析

摘　　要：结合土木工程学科的特点,阐述了在土木工程学科研究生教育过程中采取的积极参与科研项目、多听讲座和进行团队学术交流等途径,从而有利于提高研究生学习的主动性,对创新素质教育起到重要的促进作用。Combining with the characteristics of the course of the civil engineering,the thesis illuminates the approaches used during the education for postgraduates who are civil engineering majors are benefit to enhance their learning initiatives and promote the development of the innovation quality education such as taking part in scientific research items initiatively,listening to more lectures and attending team academic interchanges.
