摘　　要：目的探讨新型敷料用于肛周脓肿手术后换药对创口愈合的效果。方法选择60例肛周脓肿根治术患者,按手术顺序分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组用藻酸盐敷料或水胶体敷料换药,对照组用凡士林纱布换药,观察两组术后创口愈合时间、换药时创口疼痛程度、换药次数。结果术后创口愈合时间观察组12.5 d、对照组25.5 d,t=10.1775,P=0.0009;换药时观察组创口疼痛轻,与对照组比较,x2=40.48,P=0.0000;患者平均换药次数观察组为6.5次、对照组为20.5次,t=15.0355,P=0.0000。结论新型敷料有利于肛周脓肿术后创口的愈合。Objective To explore the wound healing effect of new-type dressing after perianal abscess operation.Method Select 60 patients undergoing perianal abscess operation.Divide them into observation group and control group equally.Patients in observation group receive wound dressing by alginate dressing and water-colloid dressing.Patients in control group receive wound dressing by Vaseline gauze.Observe the wound healing time,pain level during wound dressing and dressing times of two groups after operation.Result Wound healing time after operation are 12.5 d for observation group and 25.5 d for control group,t=10.1775,P=0.0009.Pain level for two groups,x2=40.48,P=0.0000.Average dressing times are 6.5 for observation group and 20.5 for control group,t=15.0355,P=0.0000.Conclusion New-type dressing can improve wound healing effect after perianal abscess operation.
