摘　　要：目的了解老年起搏器植入术前患者焦虑状态与社会支持的相关性。方法选择行起搏器植入术的老年患者80例,用焦虑自评量表和领悟社会支持量表进行调查。结果 80例患者在起搏器植入术前焦虑分为(42.02±5.97)分,与国内常模进行比效,t=2.616,P=0.011;社会支持总分为(52.77±8.37)分,属于中等水平;焦虑与社会支持呈负相关。结论老年起搏器植入术前患者存在一定程度的焦虑,护士应充分调动患者社会支持的源泉,减轻患者焦虑水平。Objective To study the correlation between elderly patients＇ anxiety condition before pacemaker implantation and social support.Method Select 80 elderly patients undergoing pacemaker implantation by self-rating anxiety scale and perceived social support scale.Result The average score for 80 patients before pacemaker implantation is（42.02±5.97）.Compared to national norm,t=2.616,P=0.011.The total score of social support is（52.77±8.37）,which is in medium level.Anxiety has negative correlation with social support.Conclusion Elderly patients suffer from anxiety before pacemaker implantation to a certain degree.Nurses should fully mobilize the sources of social support and relieve patients＇ anxiety level.
