摘 要:观察了IHC-65对离休豚鼠心脏钙反常的影响,结果表明:IHC-65可使冠脉流出液中CPK和蛋白质漏出量比钙反常组明显减少。同时升高心肌CPK和GSHpx活性,减少MDA的生成。说明IHC-65对离休豚鼠心脏钙反常有保护作用。其机制可能与抑制脂质过氧化作用有关。The aim of the present study to assess the protective effect of IHC-65 on calcium paradox in the isolated guinea pig hearts. The resultsshowed that in the treatment with IHC-65 group,the protein leakage and creatine phosphokinase(CPK ) release decreased during reper fusion andIHC-65 can attentuate the decrease in myocardial activity of CPK and glutathione peroxidase (GSHpx)also reduce the generation of malonaldehyde (MDA)in myocardium. Comparison with the calcium para-dox group, these changes were statistically significant. The results of the present study suggests thatcalcium paradox is attenuated by IHC-65 in the isolated guinea pig hearts. The protective mechanismmay be associated with the inhibition of lipid peroxi-dation.
