摘  要:本文探讨了采用液相色谱法检测双氧水工作液中蒽醌化合物的方法。流动相为甲醇:水=80:20,色谱柱为Zorbax XDB-C18(150×4.6mmid,5μm),流速为1.0mL·min-1。该方法的检出限分别为1.0mg·L-1和1.5mg·L-1,相对标准偏差范围为2.9%~4.7%,样品回收率为95.8%~103.5%。该法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好。In this paper,we developed a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of anthraquinone in hydrogen peroxide working-solution. The mixtures were successfully isolated on a Zorbax C18 column (150× 4.6 mm id,5μm),using methanol-water (80:20,v/v) as the mobile phase at a flowrate of 1.0 mL.min-1. The limits of detection (LOD) were 1.0 mg.L-1 and 1.5 mg.L-1 respectively. Their recoveries were between 95.8%~103.5% and RSDs were 2.9%~4. 7%. It was a rapid,sensitive and reproducible method.
