摘　　要：分析了车牌识别在智能交通中的作用,给出了其主要的原理和本文组织结构,并对主要的步骤算法进行了分析和仿真实验。The paper first analyzes the role of license plate recognition in Intelligent Transportation,presents the main principles and organizational structure of this article,and then further major step in algorithm analysis,finally,this article analyzes the results that was made by the final simulation experiment.
