摘　　要：企业客户资源管理系统是企业信息化的主要组成部分,可以对企业客户资源进行科学高效的管理。系统主要实现客户资料管理、客户级别管理等功能,为企业提供一个管理已有资源、开发新资源的平台,提高企业在竞争中的优势。Enterprise customer resource management system is an integral part of the enterprise informational,it can have a scientific and efficient management of enterprise customer resources.This system is mainly to achieve customer data management,customer level management and other functions,to provide enterprises with a management of existing resources,develop a platform for new resources to enhance enterprise competitive advantage in the promotion of enterprise development.
