摘　　要：从健身效果、文化底蕴、参与人群等角度论证了太极拳产业化发展的基础,提出了太极产业的职业化、"中产阶级"和"平民"三条发展路径,并从政府重视支持、动作创编、文化和理论研究、商业运作、现代传媒、教学与推广等方面提出了发展对策,以期为太极拳产业化发展奠定理论基础。Enumerating the basis for the development of shadow boxing industry from three aspects as the effects of body-building,cultural deposits and participants,this paper proposed three channels to promote shadow boxing industry： professionalization,the middle class,ordinary people;and some countermeasures as government support,maneuver design,cultural and theoretic study,business operation,modern media,teaching and popularization,aiming for laying theoretic foundation for the development of shadow boxing industry.
