摘  要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对河北省竞技体育后备人才培养情况进行了调查。调查结果显示:体教两系统学校对各自优势与劣势的认知基本符合当前的现状及趋势;体育系统学校生源短缺、质量下降、出路不畅、读训矛盾等问题仍然严峻;教育系统学校的后备人才数量与质量呈下降之势;体教两系统学校对"体教结合"优势的认知高度一致,体育系统学校的认知与诉求更为强烈;体教两系统的学校对"体教结合"培养竞技体育后备人才新秩序的诉求高度一致,体育系统学校的诉求愿望更为强烈。针对研究结果,提出了"体教结合"培养竞技体育后备人才的相应对策和建议。Using literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematic statistic method,this paper investigated the training of reserve talented persons in competitive sports.Results indicated: awareness of advantages and disadvantages of both sports schools and other schools basically corresponded with the actuality and trend;however,severe problems still confronted sports schools: lack of students,descending quality,alarming employment situation,the conflict of learning and training;educational institutes,esp.sports schools had a better understanding of "combination of sports and education";they had a same demand for a new order of reserved sports talents cultivation.Considering the previous results,some advice was given on how to cultivate reserved sports talents by integrating sports with education.
