摘　　要：介绍了动机自我决定理论的主要内容,对自我决定理论在运动领域的应用进行了综述,并从动机氛围、目标内容、教练反馈几方面为教练培养运动员内部动机提供建议。he paper introduced the self-determination theory,reviewed the researches in the domains of sport under the frame of self-determination theory.At the same time,the paper gave coaches some advice for nurturing athlete＇s intrinsic motivations from the motivational climate,goal contents and feedback.
