摘　　要：晚唐以来,凤翔节度使李茂贞坐拥关中地利,跋扈干政,多次图谋挟天子以令诸侯。天复年间,他合谋宦官将唐昭宗劫迁至凤翔,通过矫造诏敕、把持人事甚至幽禁天子等手段专权擅政,终遭朱全忠干预而失败,直接促使唐廷走向覆亡。Tn the Late Tang,Li Maozhen had regarded Fengxiang Zhen as centre to intervene the decision-making of emperor and threaten the emperor issuing orders.In the period of Tianfu,Li Maozhen kidnapped Tang Zhaozong to Fengxiang with eunuchs.He monopolized power by means of fabricating emperor orders,controling of personnel and holding emperor under house arrest.But,he failed by Zhu Quanzhong＇s intervention lastly.The Event of Kidnapping Emperor to Fengxiang Led to extinction of the Tang Dynasty directly.
