摘 要:为探讨氧化损伤与球虫感染的关系,将80只14日龄蛋雏鸡随机分为对照组和试验组.试验组雏鸡用E.tenella孢子化卵囊悬液接种到鸡的嗉囊中,试验后0,3 d,6 d,9 d,12 d分别测定各组血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果表明:试验组血清SOD,GSH-Px活性自攻毒后明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清中CAT活性及血清MDA含量与健康组比较无明显变化(P>0.05).提示氧化损伤可能参与调节了柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的发生发展过程.To investigate the relationship between axidative damage and E. tenella Coccidiosis infec- tion, eighty 14-day-old chickens were divided into control group and experimental group randomly. Young chickens in experimental group were vaccinated with E. tenella sporulated oocysts into crops, then SOD, CAT, GSH-Px activity and MDA contents in serum in each group were detected at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 days respectively. Results showed that SOD GSH-Px activity in serum of experiment group started to decrease after infection (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ; CAT activity and MDA contents were found to be no differences between experiment group and control group. The study indicates that oxidative damage may be involved in regulating the occurrence and development of E. tenella Coccidiosis.
